2022 Summer Internship

P1 Exotics is seeking energetic, driven candidates who are eager to make a drastic impact in exchange for valuable experience in a startup environment.  Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and passionate about contributing to the overall success of the business.  Interns will work alongside the CEO and Head of Operations to develop key strategic partnerships, ensure quality control, and exponentially expand brand awareness throughout the tristate area and nationwide through the use of social media.  This is an opportunity to serve as the catalyst for explosive growth as we disrupt the luxury and exotic car industry.   • -Oversees the team of interns to ensure productivity and cohesion

    -Serves as the liaison between CEO, Head of Operations, and internship team

    -The ultimate team player who assists in various initiatives of the company as needed

    -Skills Needed: Project management skills, management skills, organizational skills, and relationship & team building skills.

  • -Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.

    -Provides suggestions and materializes plans to management for improving customer service and internal processes.

    -Ensures the company brand is identifiable, consistent, and promoted in unique ways to increase visibility and clientele.

    Key Projects: 1) improve product and quality control; 2) assist sales team on verbiage, pitch decks, etc.; 3) assist social media team on content ideation, creation, and development, and influencer relationships

  • -Manage all inbound and outbound active listings to ensure seamless execution of the sales process, culminating in successful vehicle sales and consignments.

    -Establish relationships with storage facilities, influencers, mechanic shops, to expand new business referrals.

    -Complete daily outreach, follow-up, and record-keeping to advance sales efforts focused on both B2B and B2C experience and growth.

  • -Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns

    -Create weekly and monthly content calendars to promote company brand on various social media platforms.

    -Create and publish content such as daily vlogs, infographics, reels, announcements, etc on social media.

    -Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability

    -Attend, document, and create & publish content from live events relevant to the company.

    -Video shooting & editing skills a must.

WORK HOURS:

  • 28hrs/week for 8 weeks; June 1st - July 29th

  • Monday-Wednesday 10:00am-6:00pm; Thursday10:00am-2:00pm*

    *On weekends with Sunday morning events, attendance at these events will take the place of the Thursday workday.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • In 1st or 2nd year of college undergraduate program

  • Minimum 3.7 GPA required

  • Prior industry experience is a plus
